The Paul Curmi Dancers date back to 1940 when Paul Curmi founded a group of dancers synonymous with Maltese Folklore Dancing. In fact, the Paul Curmi Dancers have represented and promoted the Maltese islands around the globe.

Today, directed by Odette Curmi and Eldridge Saliba Curmi, son of the late Doris Curmi and grandson of the late Paul Curmi, the company has grown considerably and it incorporates the Paul Curmi Folklore Dancers, The Paul Curmi Dance School, The Paul Curmi Dance Studio and The Latino Ole' Dance Company.

After the success of last year's end-of-school show Follow Spot, the Paul Curmi Dance School will this year present Follow Spot 2. Once again the show will end the scholastic year, with a cast of 150 including small children. Choreography is by Eldridge together with Ewange Vidal, Nicky Fenech, Anne Marie Baldacchino and Sarah Mercieca. The show will also feature prominent singers such as J. Anvil, Roger Tirazona, Christabelle Curmi, Julie Pomorski, Ritienne Azzopardi, Christine Haber and Eleanor Cassar. Ms Curmi is designing the colourful and elaborate costumes.

The show will be held at the Sir Temi Zammit Hall at the University of Malta on Saturday 23 June at 8pm. Tickets are
