Reinhold Lifestyle, the operator of Swedish fitness and spa centres, has signed a lease for approximately 2,530 m² of the multipurpose Galeria Malta mall being developed in Poznan by a Spanish company, Neinver.

In 2007 Reinhold Lifestyle will open four facilities in Poland: in Krakow (Galeria Kazimierz), Wroclaw (Arkady Wroclawskie), Gliwice (Forum Gliwice) and Warsaw (Zlote Tarasy). These are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2007.

Galeria Malta will take up 153,000 m² in total and will include three retail levels (52,000 m²), 200 retail and service units, a 10-screen cinema, a fitness centre, a food court and a seven-storey car park for 2,000 cars.

Galeria Malta will open in Q4 2008. Its development will cost EUR125m.
