The Maltese Olympic Committee, on behalf of TEAM MALTA has thanked the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition, His Grace the Archbishop, the media and above all the public for the rousing send off celebrations of the last days for TEAM MALTA in connection to the GSSE Monaco 2007.

In a short statement, the MOC said the slogan for the games chosen by the Maltese Olympic Committee of ‘Every winner needs a team’ was further strengthened in these days in the run up to the games through this expression of solidarity.
