The Malta Emergency Nurses’ Association has recently signed a four-year deal with the College of Emergency Nursing, Australasia (CENA), increasing its international affiliations with other emergency nursing associations which will result in greater opportunities for Maltese Emergency Nurses.

CENA is also preparing for the first international conference on emergency care. A sub-committee has been appointed with the aim of organising such a conference in October, 2008.

CENA has recently launched a new forum on its portal www.enamalta.org, intended to reach a wide audience, from the medical professions to the public. The portal contains recent news, personal experiences, medical and non-medical articles, a health adviser and first aid tips.
