Malta Enterprise and Sviluppumbria Spa, which is responsible for development in the Umbria region in Italy, have entered into a cooperation agreement under which they will promote commercial relations and investment between Malta and Umbria by exchanging information about opportunities to help cooperation between the private sectors of the two countries.

Companies will be helped with technical and commercial consultancy and the two sides will hold visits, workshops and professional courses in the two countries to promote investment and trade.

Among other points is that the two will identify partners who could enter into joint ventures.
