Maltese sailors appeared to be enjoying themselves on the waters outside Monaco Harbour, even if at one time, there was a little shower from above with the sky getting greyish around noon.

The best result was obtained by Benji Borg who was occupying first place in the Laser Radial Group LAM event after three races. He had lost only five points. He finished second, second and first in yesterday’s three races.

In the same event, Simon Aquilina was fifth on 19 penalty points and Christophe Podesta was sixth with 21 penalty points.

In the Group LAF Laser Radial for women, Maya Podesta finished the day occupying third place after the third race. She had lost three penalty points.

The same Podesta also took part in the Laser Radial event. She finished the day occupying fourth place on 14 points after the first three races.

In the Optimist Class for women (Group OPF), Ella Fleri Soler was in fourth place at the end of the day, that is, after the two races held, with four penalty points. Abigail Fenech was behind her in fifth place with five.

In the Optimist Class for Men (Group OPM), Sean Borg finished the day in second place accumulating nine penalty points after the opening two races. Gabriel Pace was in sixth place with 19 points and Thomas Zammit Tabona tenth on 25 points.
