A man was yesterday charged with connecting to a cable television network illegally and stealing over Lm1,000 worth of services to the detriment of Melita Cable.
Henry Cassar, 60, from Hamrun, pleaded not guilty to connecting to the cable television network illegally, misappropriation on cable decoders and tampering with the equipment in March and the preceding months.
Police Inspector Angelo Gafa prosecuted while Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the accused.
