Arnold Sultana is showing his latest collection of oil paintings at Le Meridien St Julian’s from Friday to 22 June.

The title of this exhibition is Illuminations and most of the works are portrayals of familiar local scenes, genre and events seen in different lighting effects.

Light is truly the principal player – be it coming from the red hot glow of a baker’s oven or the balconies’ lights at a festa or a sun beam penetrating the dark clouds of an approaching storm.
