Birkirkara FC are to play a match in Gozo today in preparation for next week’s first leg of the UEFA Intertoto Cup qualifier against Slovenia’s Maribor.

They will be facing Sannat Lions in a friendly match at the Gozo Stadium, starting at 5pm.

The first leg of the first round of this year’s Intertoto Competition against Maribor is being played at the Hibs Ground on Saturday 23 June.

The second leg is scheduled for Maribor, Slovenia on 30 June, at 5pm.
