David Carabott To run new soccer school for children

In the coming weeks, Eurosport will be officially lauching the SocKids School for children aged six to 12 years. This soccer school will be run and conducted by the most capped Maltese international football player and former captain, David Carbott who is also a qualified UEFA ‘B’ coach.

David’s 20 years experience in football will surely be considered as an asset for him to be able to deliver planned, fun, safe, ethical and effective coaching sessions for all ages and abilities, including the fun tuition of basic skills and techniques within a safe professional enivironment.

Apart from that, SocKids school are working closely with a prominent Italian Serie A football club and will be offering opportunities both local and abroad to youngsters forming part of this venture.

The training sessions will commence in September 2007 and will be spread over two semesters (September to January and February to June) with regular weekly sessions held at the synthetic turf pitches in Birkirkara.

Free official kits will be given on enrolment whilst a technical individual report will be issued to all participants after every semester.
