A Marsascala man yesterday appeared in court to answer charges of dealing in cannabis and possessing heroin and cocaine.
Jonathan Cassar, 22, pleaded not guilty to being in possession of and dealing some half a kilogramme of cannabis resin.
He was also accused of being in possession of heroin and cocaine. The accused was remanded in custody.
Police inspector Dennis Theuma prosecuted.
