Palio’s at The Westin Dragonara Resort recently launched its new summer menu which has something for everyone. From vegetarian bruschetta and Mexican nachos as starters, to risotto, pasta, salads and pizza as a main dish.

For something new and tantalising try their yoghurt marinated chicken or tender baked salmon served with lemon garnish.
