Dr George G. Debono's comments (“Energy: time for decision”, TMID, 21 June) are very interesting and to the point. May I take this opportunity to thank him and others who contacted me for taking the time to analyse and comment about our recently published draft energy policy, which aims to offer incentives and kick-start the use of renewable energy. I would also like to thank The Malta Independent for giving detailed coverage of this document.
