Masquerade’s Summer Experience is back with some very exciting workshops for kids aged seven years up and adults. The idea is to give youngsters or the young at heart the chance to act, dance and sing, and experience the fun of performing in one exciting week. This year we have some great guest tutors.

MSE offers unique opportunities to both youngsters and adults to work with guest foreign tutors and be exposed to new artistic ideas. This year is no exception and no less than four tutors will be coming over to conduct various workshops in the performing arts.

During their recent visit to the UK, Masquerade managed to get the services of one of the leading freelance directors from London’s National Theatre. Maxwell Key will be coming to Malta to conduct various workshops in acting to suit both youngsters and adults. Max will work on different texts ranging from Grimm Tales to Cabaret to playwrights Tennessee Williams and Arthur Miller.

A brand new, exciting workshop will be focusing on the ever-popular Street Dance and Hip Hop. Jorell Coiffic-Kamall, Desrinea Ramus and Joe Chaplin will be teaming up to conduct these energetic sessions that will cover many styles of Street Dance – Locking, Popping, raw Hip Hop and Break Dancing.
