Last year’s leading top scorer, Daniel Bogdanovic was yesterday reported to have joined Norwegian club SK Brann for a trial.
The local website maltafootball.com said the Malta striker had been under scrutiny during the recent international against Norway following which his FIFA licensed agent, Julian Holland, opened negotiations with Star Soccer Agency.
maltafootball.com said Bogdanovic left Malta on Sunday and in the evening watched Brann lose 3-1 against Viking Stavenger in a league match.
He had a training session with Brann yesterday and was reported to have left a good impression.
Earlier this year, Bogdanovic, who has had spells abroad with Esperance of Tunisia and Cherno More of Bulgaria, also had a trial with English Premiership club Watford.
