A 26-year-old man from Mosta is in critical condition after he was involved in a fight in Mosta on the night between Saturday and Sunday.

The police said the man was admitted to hospital after he suffered serious injuries during the incident that happened on 16 September Square. The police were informed yesterday morning that the man was critical.

Three men are being held to assist the police in the investigation and duty magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera appointed several experts to assist her in the inquiry.
