A man was accused yesterday of seriously injuring another man during a brawl that broke out at a nightclub in Paceville in April.
Clayton Barbara, 21, from Fgura, pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring Omar Cassar on 5 April at the Havana Nightclub in Paceville. Before magistrate Audrey Demicoli, he also pleaded not guilty to breaching the peace.
Police Inspector Carmelo Abdilla prosecuted while Dr Franco Debono and Dr Marion Camilleri appeared for the accused.
