The Australian/Maltese singer/songwriter Jewls Verse (formerly known as Ozzylino) will be releasing a new album, entitled Taking It Easy on Saturday, codenamed 777 (7 July 2007). The first single from the album is Firefly, which was released earlier this month; one can listen to a full-length preview of this track right now on the website, and on local radio. The video to the single was filmed in Malta.

Jewls will be holding three free concerts on the day:

• 6.30pm at Baystreet, St Julian’s (where Jewls Verse will receive a Star hand print on the Walk of Fame)

• 9pm at Bay Square Bugibba in Fat Harry’s

• 10.30 pm at Paradise Bay Lido (till late)

Jewls will be supported by special guests: Cable 35, The Monitors and Fish the Drummer.
