Blues and wine go together, and Classic Rock Promotions is holding Malta’s first International Blues and Wines Festival between 16-18 July at the Valletta Waterfront.

International rock star Robert Plant, and his The Strange Sensation band, will be here, together with John Mayall, and Smokie. Fabrizio Faniello will also entertain with local and foreign bands.

Foreign and local wines will be available and beer drinkers will also have their favourite brew. Tourism and Culture Minister Francis Zammit Dimech drank a toast to the festival which, in the shadows of the historic Pinto stores, precedes the jazz and rock festival.
