A 57-year-old man from Zurrieq was conditionally discharged for two years yesterday, after he pleaded guilty to issuing a false document.
Guzepp Bugeja was charged with issuing and making use of a Vehicle Roadworthy Test (VRT) certificate in April 2004.
Magistrate Tonio Micallef Trigona presided over the court. Police inspector Angelo Gafa’ prosecuted and Dr Franco Debono appeared for the accused.
