FIFA referee Joe Attard has been appointed by UEFA to control the Champions League First Round first leg match between TNS (The New Saints) of Wales and FK Ventspils of Latvia which is being played at Newtown, Wales, today.

Philip Agius and Alan Camilleri will be his assistants, with Chris Lautier as the fourth official.
