Bank of Valletta has extended its support to associations in the medical sector through signing agreements with the Malta Union of Midwives and Nurses (MUMN) and the Association of Private Family Doctors (APFD). Through these agreements, Bank of Valletta has been appointed the official bank of these two organisations.
The agreements were signed on behalf of Bank of Valletta by the chief officer, operations, Igino Xuereb, by Paul Pace on behalf of the MUMN and by Dr Anthony P. Azzopardi on behalf of the Association of Private Family Doctors.
“These agreements continue to widen Bank of Valletta’s network of business strategic alliances, thereby consolidating our position as an active partner of business and professional associations within our community,” said Mr Xuereb, who explained that such support constituted an important pillar of Bank of Valletta’s community programme.
Every year, BOV extends its support to a wide range of projects and initiatives undertaken by business and professional associations. “Organisations such as the MUMN and the Association of Private Family Doctors work incessantly to ensure the collective
benefit of their members. As your official bank, our goal is to help you in your endeavours to work towards the success of your members, Mr Xuereb concluded.
