First of all a big “thank you” to all those who are taking part in our Summer competition and sending in their drawings. Your entries are very beautiful and artistic and it is going to be a hard decision to choose the winner next week!
The main article of Crackers of this week is about the sun’s harmful rays and what we can do to avoid them. Read carefully the article Sun Safety which you will surely find to be interesting and informative. The most important thing is to avoid going in the sun between 10am and 4pm, but if that cannot be avoided, a good sunscreen applied frequently can protect you from the sun’s harmful rays.
If you have still not visited the Silent Warriors exhibition at the National Museum of Archaeology, Valletta, you only have until the end of this month. It is an exhibition worth visiting and you can admire the artistic talent of the works on display.
If you have anything that you would like to share with us – like what you are doing during the summer holidays – we would love to hear from you.
See you next Thursday
Frances
