Alternattiva Demokratika said it has received a number of reports from concerned citizens that the price of the popular medicine, Panadol, has gone up from 14c to 30c per box in a matter of few weeks.

AD asks the consumer department to investigate this sudden hike in price. It is very important that this fact is investigated straight away as this medicine is bought by a lot of consumers.

Alternattiva Demokratika also appeals to consumers to ask for alternative brands with the same ingredients that are cheaper in price.
