AIA (Associazione Italiana Arbitri) invited the Malta Referees Board to send two referees for the pre-season one-week long seminar being held at Sportilia (Forli).
International Maltese Referees Adrian D. Casha and Anthony Zammit are currently attending this pre-season seminar organised for the 40 Italian Referees and 84 Assistant Referees who will be controlling the Serie ‘A’ and Serie ‘B’ matches during the forthcoming season.
During the seminar, the Maltese referees will be participating in all physical training sessions and attending lectures.
The seminar is conducted by Pier Luigi Collina, who was recently appointed Appointments Officer of AIA (FIGC).
AIA President Cesare Gussoni inaugurated the seminar which ends on 30 July.
