A 31-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of circulating child pornography.
Appearing before magistrate Edwina Grima, the man, whose name cannot be published following a court order, denied circulating pornographic material depicting children under the age of nine.
Police inspectors Raymond Aquilina and Paul Caruana prosecuted while Dr Franco Debono appeared for the accused.
