Reference is made to Daphne Caruana Galizia’s article on the TMID of the 26th July 2007 entitled Two-hat Johnnies.

For the record and for precision’s sake, kindly note that I did not sign, file or ask for any prerogative of mercy (loosely termed “Presidential Pardon”), in virtue of s.93 of our Constitution, in the recent ADT court case referred to Mrs Caruana Galizia.

This clarification is being sent in virtue of the Press Act as my right of reply in terms of said law.
