Sliema Wanderers were beaten 4-0 yesterday by Bulgarian side Litex Lovech to bow out of the competition on a 7-0 aggregate.

Boudarene put Litex ahead in the 29 th minute as Sliema held well in the first half.

Litex had a good start in the second half scoring three goals in the first quarter of an hour, through Popov on 59 minutes and a Beto brace on 49 and 60 minutes.
