The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has signed an agreement with the Malta Standards Authority to improve working conditions for staff.
As a result of the new agreement, there will be more flexibility and a better balance between home life and work. More families will benefit from the possibility of six years’ parental leave, accessibility to reduced hours and improved maternity leave.
