In a company announcement last Thursday, Datatrak Holdings announced it had been notified the previous day that CI OmniBridge Ltd, a company incorporated in the UK, has, by way of a special trade, acquired the 1,288,920 ordinary shares held by Siemens VDO in the company at a price of Lm0.26 per share.

The company further announced that this acquisition follows the acquisition by Control Instruments Group of the global distribution of the Siemens VDO fleet management product range, including the equity interest of Siemens VDO in the company,

The transaction executed on the Malta Stock Exchange the previous day forms part of the overall acquisition transaction by CI OmniBridge and Siemens VDO.
