In line with making HSBC the “Best Place to Bank”, a new purpose-built Business Banking Centre has been opened in Qormi. This centre of excellence is a response to the needs of the Maltese business community, and brings the bank’s full range of commercial services under one roof.

“The centralisation of all our Commercial Banking Customer Facing and Support Services into one professional and customer friendly office will enable us to respond far quicker to our customers’ needs. Response for the business community is paramount and we need to continually strive to exceed expectations. This new centre will enable us do just this!” said James Dunbar-Cousin, Head of Commercial Banking.

Business Banking’s new headquarters has over 1,800 square metres of open plan office space for over 130 staff. The new building, located alongside HSBC’s Operations Centre, boasts impressive interiors and comes complete with state-of-the-art facilities for conferences, nine interview rooms, facilities to host business lunches and a car park at entrance level for easy access.

HSBC’s professional team of experts and relationship managers are dedicated to give personalised and specialised services to customers, which include a wide range of financial products for small enterprises, medium sized and large companies and multinationals, quick decision making and connections to HSBC branches worldwide.
