HSBC Cares for Children Fund (HCCF) has sponsored Klabbsajf 2007 for the seventh consecutive year. Annually organised by the Ministry of Education for pupils in years 2 and 3, Klabbsajf helps children realise that reading and conversation in both English and Maltese can be fun. Activities include storytelling, role-playing, creating stories and books, sharing experiences, learning to use rhyme and rhythm, and learning to write in different forms.

Alex Mizzi, HSBC Central Area Director presented the sponsorship to Education Minister Louis Galea. “Through HCCF’s sponsorship of Klabbsajf, children can gain more from better facilities, new books and a greater variety of activities,” said Alex Mizzi.
