A man was conditionally discharged for three months after pleading guilty to voluntarily damaging a woman’s car on 18 July this year in Valletta.
Simon Camilleri, 40, from Luqa, pleaded guilty to damaging Theresa Agius’ Toyota Corolla and relapsing. Magistrate Antonio Micallef Trigona conditionally discharged him for three months after taking into consideration the fact that he had reimbursed Ms Agius for the damage her car had sustained.
Police Inspector Alfred Mallia prosecuted while Dr Franco Debono and Dr Charmaine Cherrett appeared for the accused.
