In a recent contribution to your newspaper (TMID, 11 August) Valerie Borg praised all the achievements of the former labour Leader Dom Mintoff.

I agree wholeheartedly.

Nowadays, Ms Borg applauds the present Labour leader – who called the

former “Messiah” a traitor. What a farce!
