Clive Farrugia was the overall winner yesterday of The Felicciotto Skeet Trophy at The Malta Shooting Federation ranges in Bidnija. The young and talented skeet shooter is doing very well in his shooting dicipline when considering that he is shooting among the best skeet shooters in Malta.

Farrugia managed to hit 45 out of 50 and 24 out of 25 in the barage finals for a total of 69 clays.

Silvio Attard placed second with a total of 64 and Joe Muscat placed third after a shoot off with Darren Vella. Noel Attard placed fifth while Paul Sant was sixth.

Clive Farrugia and Darren Vella will be shooting Skeet in a Juniors Championships in Venice, Italy soon. Ryan Bugeja, Kurt Cardona, Justin Attard, Darren Xuereb and Matthew Zammit will be taking part in the Trap competition, assisted by their coach George Micallef.
