KRS Film Distributors is pleased to announce the second Children Cinema Day this year to be celebrated on Saturday 1 September. A choice of 18 films comprising of the most popular ones shown in cinemas in the last four months, together with no less than seven new releases should once again be an attraction that children will not want to miss.

The following are the 18 selected films to be screened in cinemas in Malta and Gozo:- Happily N’ever After, Rush Hour 3, Evan Almighty, Surf’s Up, Firehouse Dog, Are We Done Yet?, Pirates Of The Caribbean At World’s End, Shrek The Third, The Reef, Bridge To Terabithia, Spider-Man 3, Mr. Bean’s Holiday, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Meet The Robinsons, Fantastic 4-Rise Of The Silver Surfer, The Simpsons Movie, Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix and Transformers.

All the films listed except for the last three which have a 12 rating, carry a PG or a U classification. The prices of admission will be Lm1/EUR2.33 for children and accompanying adults Lm1.50/EUR3.49). Shows at all cinemas in Malta will start from 9am and run until 7pm. The two-screen Citadel Cinema in Gozo will have children shows at 4 and 6pm. A film mini poster will be given with every child ticket purchased.

Booking at all cinemas opens tomorrow 24 August. Early booking is recommended.
