Bitterside was formed in 2001 as a joint effort which included the line-up, Daniel, JJ, Alan and Kenneth. They were very successful and, in fact, they made it through the Bay Music Awards and twice won the Best Band award.

Although this year the boys have recently recruited a new bass player, and have been very busy writing new songs, they managed to participate in major events such as the P1 Grand Prix, the XFM Music Festival and the Beer Festival.

The band, now consisting of Daniel Genuis, JJ Galea, Cliff Smith and Kenneth Vella, have every reason to be very busy lately. They are currently in the studio finishing off new songs which are intended to be included in a forthcoming album.

Bitterside promise their fans that they will not be disappointed, as things are shaping up very well.
