The Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association has welcomed the support of Innovaxin International Ltd as a Gold partner and said it was glad of the cooperation that this partnership would lead to with regard to the interests of its members and the tourism sector at large.

Europages, of whom Innovaxin is the local agent, is the most popular business-to-business trade directory accessible in either paper form, CD-ROM or online. With 122 million hits annually, and hourly exposure on Euronews, it is a formidable tool for business people who want to buy or sell their services in the enlarged Europe.

“In the competitive environment businesses are facing in today’s world, hoteliers and tourism-related service-providers must take advantage of any means of promoting their activity at an international level, and Europages can be a valuable opportunity to do just that,” said MHRA chief executive officer George Schembri.

“It is the right vehicle for all types of accommodation and service-providers to publicise their product to an international audience.”

Innovaxin International Ltd managing director Joe Meilak said during the presentation of a complimentary copy of the latest edition of Europages to Mr Schembri, that advertising rates in Europages were quite low and that they were cheaper than national advertising rates for similar media on a per viewer basis.

Through this cooperation agreement, MHRA members would enjoy an initial discount on their first booking on Europages and specialised training that Innovaxin International Ltd offered in Malta, Libya, Tunisia and Sicily.
