On 29 August a tribute concert to the late Domenic Grech of The Tramps was held at the Menqa in Marsalforn, Gozo.

While I wish to applaud all the musicians who took part, with music performed straight from the heart more than anything else, I cannot help but say “hats off” to Pro Stage Sound Systems. They succeeded in enhancing the music performed to the point where the public stayed

listening for hours without leaving.

A big thank you also goes to Edwin Magro, without whose humble yet indispensable help the musicians could never feel so comfortable on stage.

I was one of them, and I admit it was a wonderful experience, to which Pro Stage Sound Systems contributed significantly – although the general public might not always be aware of or appreciate this fact.
