On Sunday 19 August your regular contributor Daphne Caruana Galizia wrote, “… because I threw my copy (of the Bible) away before I left school having had absolutely not interest in it…”.

On Sunday 26 August she again wrote “... I am not a big one for quoting the Bible, but I particularly love the phrase from Ecclesiastes – to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heavens”.’

Daphne Caruana Galizia must have a very good memory indeed.
