I refer to Peter Gingell’s letter “Not mobile at all” concerning the illegal kiosk in Marsalforn (TMIS, 26 August).

I can inform him that the illegal structures are still there despite enforcement notice ECF561/07 being issued.

Not only, the proprietor of the kiosk also increased the number of tables, umbrellas and chairs that are taking up more parking spaces.

I hope further action is taken and that the dangerous electricity wires and the illegal structures are removed.
