Air Malta’s scheduled flights KM628/9 and KM616/7 tomorrow will be affected by the air traffic controllers strike which has been called in Italy for today. KM628 leaves Malta at 7.25am and KM629 leaves Milan at 10.25am. The Rome flights KM616/7 will be cancelled.
Passengers originally scheduled to travel on KM616 (Malta-Rome) will now be travelling on KM614 (Malta-Rome) departing from Malta International Airport at 4.40pm. Passengers who were originally scheduled to travel on KM617 (Rome-Malta) will now be travelling on KM615 (Rome-Malta) departing Rome at 7pm and arriving in Malta through Reggio Calabria at 9.45pm.
All flights will operate as per normal schedule if the strike action is withdrawn.
