Dear, oh dear, oh dear, Daphne has done it again. No less than six correspondents tsk tsk’ing at her in today’s The Malta Independent on Sunday (2 September).

In the mainly leaden sea of Maltese journalism, hers is the column that can be relied on to prick self-regarding, pompous over-inflated individual and institutional balloons. All done with a fine turn of phrase and sometimes side-splitting humour.

Not that I always agree with you, Daphne, but keep at it as you do without fear or favour.
