Eurosport Sockids School To start in Malta

Eurosport SocKids School will be organising a recruitment week for the upcoming football season between today and Friday from 5pm to 7pm daily. During this week, ex-international player and qualified UEFA ‘B’ coach, David Carabott, will be present at the Eurosport Complex in Psaila Street, Birkirkara to welcome boys and girls aged between 6 and 12.

The official schedule will commence by the end of September 2007 and will be spread over two semesters with regular weekly sessions from 1630 onwards. All training sessions will be conducted by David himself and the full training programme will be held at the synthetic turf pitches in Birkirkara.

All children enrolling with payment during the recruitment week will be receiving a free official kit together with another gift offered by Eurosport. The affiliation fee will be of Lm50 (EUR116.45) per semester and will include also a technical individual report after every semester.

Eurosport SocKids School will be organising a similar event also in Gozo. Applications for children who live in the sister island and are interested in joining the soccer school (sessions will be held at one the major artificial turf pitches in Gozo every Saturday afternoon), will be made available today between 9am and noon at the GFA office in Xewkija.

David Carabott will be present on the day together with an international guest who will be collaborating and sharing his professional experience at the soccer school.
