A course for people planning to marry a non-Maltese is being held by the Emigrants Commission from 9 October. It will consist of nine meetings at Dar l-Emigrant, Castile Place, Valletta, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7pm. The course will be given by social, medical, legal and ethical experts.

Participants will be given a certificate to be presented with other documents to the Curia Marriages Office. Those wishing to attend should apply at Dar l-Emigrant, Valletta on tel: 2122-2644, 2124-0255, 2123-2545.
