There is more than enough to choose from in terms of listening pleasure for the avid music fan, but for this article in particular, the “something to listen to” refers to none other than Ira Losco’s latest single, Something to talk about!

Following its advance media release – and in line with Ira’s track record to date – the song has garnered regular radio airplay, thanks in no small way to her burgeoning army of fans. Those same fans will have already noticed Ira’s latest release as a pointer towards a more elevated pop/rock hybrid; one that has also impacted (positively, of course!) on Ira’s vocal timbre. She sounds more comfortable than ever on the new single, surely a good sign in the run-up towards the release of the young singer’s forthcoming studio album, Fortune Teller.

The limited edition CD single for Something to talk about includes two bonus tracks recorded live at last March’s Vodafone Music Jam Unplugged Concert. The featured tracks are an unplugged version of Who I Am, the original version of which was a chart-topper for Ira back in 2004, along with a raunchy version of the Nancy Sinatra classic, These Boots Were Made for Walkin’.
