Crackers: Hello Everyone

Malta Independent Thursday, 20 September 2007, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

Summer holidays are over and it is that time of year when we start preparing for school and buying new books and uniforms. For some it will be the same school like last year but for others it is going to be a new experience at a new school.

The following tips will help make your first days as pleasant and happy as possible: A well-fitting backpack, binder or notebook to jot down notes, pens and pencils, comfortable shoes and a tasty and healthy lunch. But besides these items, the most important thing is that you go to school with a positive attitude – you get to see all your friends again after the summer break. Read more in our article, School Time.

Have you every heard of a bird that barks instead of sings, or of dogs that do not bark? I hope that you will find the article, Bird barks instead of sings! interesting and informative.

We would like to hear from you about your new school, new friends or teachers. Send us your short article and/or drawing and we will be happy to publish them for you in Crackers.

See you next Thursday

Frances
