Your correspondent Michael Carabott seemed very surprised to learn that police are being issued with see-through clothes (TMIS, 16 September).

Here in St Julian’s most of the policemen seem to have been issued invisible uniforms!

The last time we

saw them in full force... from the Superintendent downwards... was during the procession of the patron saint of this locality!
