The John West Foods Mixed Doubles tournament at the Vittoriosa Lawn Tennis Club will start on Saturday 13 October. Crown Cold Stores Ltd, representatives in Malta of ‘John West Foods’ are sponsoring the tournament.

The tournament will be played on Saturdays and Sundays, and fixtures for the matches will be given to all participants prior to the start of the tournament. Couples will be grouped in a number of divisions according to their respective tennis ability. All couples in the same division shall play against each other on a “best out of three tie-break sets” basis.

All those interested are kindly asked to register at the club personally or by phoning the club’s office on 21 696 978 from 6pm onwards. Members may also apply through email [email protected] specifying details.

The closing date for entries is Sunday September 30.
