Woman Injured in car crash

A 37-year-old woman from Birzebbuga was injured yesterday after she was involved in a car crash in Marsaxlokk, police said. The woman was driving a Lada Samara through Xatt is-Sajjied Road at around 5.30pm when she was involved in a collision with an Isuzu Bighorn driven by a 32-year-old man from Marsa. Although the Isuzu overturned, the man was not injured while the woman was taken to St Luke’s Hospital where she was kept under observation
